Is it my imagination or as generations past, our intelligence increases, while our adequateness of understanding the passion, or deep intentions of poetry or deep meaningful creative writing diminish. A concern I would like to express. I do not meet many people into deeper things, though sometimes it is my own lack of seeking that I do not find what I seek, but I do try at least sometimes and find myself the last to succeed in my search. The power in writing comes from the reader's soul and heart, what they pour into the words they write upon a scrap of paper or a page is like an open door to their heart on some subjects. Just one man's 2 cents.
